I have two passions in my life Analytics and Art Painting. I spent my business life on the first topic leading teams and business and most of my weekends on the second topic.During these years I acquired a strong expertise in data, analytics and technology through multiple positions held in various European countries. I have been building and implementing various predictive algorithms, creating innovative product, owning profit center and leading analytics teams - data scientist- data engineers and data analysts.
In 2021 I decided to learn painting from scratch as a new hobby but also with a secret target : finding a "special" bridge between analytics and art painting.
I created my own consultancy company Starda (Stat Art & Data ) and build this website to publish analytics blogs and share my progress in painting.

In January 2021 I created my own consultancy company, Starda, to help clients transforming their data into value and support my research in modeling art with Machine Learning algorithms, based on more than 30 years in the analytics space.
Cheetah Digital — Global Product Management , Director Analytics 2017-2020I spent the last 4 years at Cheetahdigital as Global Product Manager designing and implementing an analytical solution within a Big Data project. I have been engaged in the transformation of the product offer, from an email campaign platform, serving several thousand companies in USA and Europe, into a data management platform (DMP) where customer data is at the center of the game, the analytics the conductor and the email campaign one instrument of the execution of the marketing strategy.
My goal was to design and implement the Analytics component within a Big Data Technology :
